XBee Reset Circuit

Post by samzimmer »

Hello,
I am currently designing a project in Eagle where I have an Xbee as a standalone module. I have tried researching this question but I haven't found an answer. The XBee has a reset pin, but is never spoken of in datasheets how to wire the reset pin. Does this need high (3.3v) or low to operate? What (if any resistors) are needed to wire the reset circuit on the Xbee.
The module I am looking at is: XBee 2mW Wire Antenna - Series 2 (ZigBee Mesh)

Thank you for your help.

RESET is active low. Keep it high for normal operations, pulse it low to reset. The reset pulse width must be at least 200ns.

What about any resistors? Or is it fine to put 3.3v right into it?

It's fine to put 3.3V right into it. No need for resistors
