I bought this clock from adafruit a while back and when it first arrived I checked to see if all the parts were actually there, which they were.
Now that I've had some free time to assemble it I've run into a jam. I was almost done with the soldering, and when it was time to solder the 2x10 right angle header to the small PCB I noticed that it is missing a pin. I have included an image of it below.
I've looked everywhere in the box/bags and it is not in there. The pin looks as if it had been ripped out, which is strange because those pins are pretty sturdy.
So my question is, will adafruit replace this part for me? it looks like it is a custom piece. Would not be easy to find a distributor that makes something like it. And I can't fix it because the missing pin is no where to be found.
Ice Tube Clock defective part. Please advise.
