Can't make it past the first test
well, here goes kit #2. I double checked to see that I installed things with the proper polarity. On the first test, the power supply shows good voltage but the tests in the instructions result in no reads. (.14-.3). My meter is set on 20VDC so I am once again clueless!

.56 on the outboard first pin and 0 on the other 2 pins. I must have either installed something backwards or have a bad solder joint?

oh BANNED.....I broke a pin off of the buzzer and ordered up some more--kit on hold now. Double checked solder points to see if I could spot anything. Nothing looks out of place. Now I will wait on more buzzers to fat-finger

D1 appears to be in the wrong way round.
