Only the middle "set" switch works. The menu and + switch do not work. I re-re-re-re-re soldered all the points for all three switches with no change in the results. A second one worked just long enough for me to almost set the time. It is keeping time I just cant set it.

A closeup would be better but it looks like the right two switches look a little solder starved. The "mounting tabs" seem to look fine but the "switches" look suspect.

Yes. A larger image showing the center portion of the board with switches would be good.
