I have an Ice clock kit and when I test the boost converter I an only getting 8 volts. Can you point me in the right direction, I followed instructions to the letter.

Hi - sorry you're having a problem.
Please post clear, detailed pictures of both sides of your board. We'll have a look and see if we can spot any problems.
