Ice Tube Clock, Long Beep, No Display

First off, let me say that I've followed the Ice Tube Troubleshooting Guide http://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=27032. I have gone through and re-soldered everything best I could to eliminate cold joints and I'm at a loss of what else to do.

Symptoms:
No Display
Normal Voltages (As per the Trouble Shooting Guide)
No Beep (when powering up with the tube)
LOOOOONG Repeating beeps when powering up with out the tube in place

The pictures are a little dark so please let me know if I need to retake a particular area.

As I said, I don't know how to move forward from this point. Help?

Soldering on the tube-board looks good. Can't really see much detail in the main-board photos though. Near a window or even outside in daylight usually works better than a desk-lamp or camera-flash. If you can get closer it would be good too. It is a long board, so doing it in sections is fine.

Check the voltages with the tube installed. Are they still OK?

I don't know if you have solved your problem yet, but I looked at the picture and it appears that C10 is missing.
I did exactly the same thing with my clock. Long beep, no display... realized I had missed the cap at C10.
