Ice clock, no beep
Having issues where I get to the step where you seat the chip, and then should be able to get it to beep, and it doesn't beep. Sounds like the other threads where its not programmed. Pictures of front and back are attached.

Your assembly looks good so far. Are you still getting 5v from the voltage regulator?
