Q3 is a ZVP3306 - https://www.adafruit.com/partfinder/transistors#mosfet

A couple of our more advanced Ice-Tube hacker/customers have been experimenting with some other options for Q3. Some of these appear quite promising, if you want to try. viewtopic.php?f=41&t=51283

If you have a PNP laying around you might want to try this, in lieu of or waiting on a different Field effect. I had good result with this. I recommend you look at a BS250 or ZVP2110A as an alternative.
