Opinions on Manncorp MC400

Postby bcoggs » Mon Nov 12, 2012 9:28 am

Looking for opinions on the Manncorp MC400. Looks like a better choice to me than the 7722FV and not that much more expensive; Main advantages - placement to .05mm, Uses feeders common to larger Manncorps.

I am going forward with placing my order for the Manncorp MC400. The OEM is really http://www.autotronik-smt.com.

It has the most capability for my budget (about $65k for the PnP w/feeders).

It has a high degree of commonality with the Manncorp MC385 line and shares the same feeders, so I have an upgrade path.

Cheers,

Hi

for 65K $ buget you may phone you local mydata rep
and got a mydata refurbised machine whit warenty + intallation (MY-9)
(or you may like me a buy one in a auction for 10K but mutch risked)

an you will have reputable and versatile machine that was well knot in the industrie an
whit > 20 year of proven feild performance and plenty of part and feeder aviable
most bigger shop have on for make it low volume hight mix

even sparkfun recently have switch over

have noting again mammcorp machine but
wly buy a new toyota tercell when you may got used/warented from dealer BMW

p.s.

you may import simple text file format for program it
as exemple (file format was fully documeted)

U 0.1N <-- unit of mesure
C1 95000 144400 199326 95227 <- fidicial X ,Y location
C2 2118 53165 106444 3992
Q1 1
M1 55900 54900 90 CK106JA <- part X ,Y ,Rotation , part mane
M2 C5 <- Part refdef
M1 73450 47550 90 CK104JB
M2 C6
M1 73450 44000 270 CJ150BB
M2 C7

and for creat a new part

#
C00 CK104JB <-- part mane
C01 CAPC1608X55N < foorprint
C02 CAP CER .10UF 16V X7R 0603 < description
C03 FALSE TRUE
C05 FALSE 0 CLOSEST_BIN
C08 8mm
C081 TAPE_MAG

so it easy to use report generator of your pcb software
for generate it and have no need to program anything
