I have 5 SMD boards that are under 3 square inches each. They would easily all fit on half a sheet of 8.5x11' paper. I want to get laser cut mylar/kapton stencils made, but I would really like to get all of the boards on one gerber file so I don't have to pay for multiple stencils. gerbmerge is a huge pain in the neck to set up, viewmate costs $95 and gerbv couldn't seem to export a gerber file that wasn't corrupt. Does anyone know of a good solution?
Thanks in advance!
What's the easiest way to merge gerber files?

It looks like the windows version of gerbv works. You can add gerbers as layers, use modify orientation on each layer to adjust the translation then go to File/Export RX274 Merge (Gerber) to dump the output file. I won't know if everything works properly until I get a stencil made, but it looks ok in viewplot.
