There are crimpers for most of the connectors but they can be quite expensive and the less expensive ones can be hard to use and not very repeatable.

JST's own hand crimp tools are very nice to use but rather expensive. Some of the larger terminals can be done with generic tools, but if you're doing more than a few hundred the proper tool will pay for itself in time saved, both in initial assembly and not having to faultfind or rework bad crimps.
