Aluminum USB Microscope Software CD vs Mac
My Aluminum USB Microscope arrived today and the software is on one of those floppy sized CDROMs. My slot loading Macs do not accept these disks. Does anyone have a link to download the software? Maybe someone could zip up the CD and attach it.

we're waiting for the next batch to arrive, once they do we'll make sure we upload what's on the CD.kpharg wrote:My Aluminum USB Microscope arrived today and the software is on one of those floppy sized CDROMs. My slot loading Macs do not accept these disks. Re: Aluminum USB Microscope Software CD vs Mac
I have purchased the same microscope. The attached zip does not contain any software for os x. kpharg, did you find a solution of using the microscope on your mac?
The product description states "... and the Windows/Mac software lets you take snapshots using the button on the side of the microscope or direct from the software..."
My assumption was that all features were available on both windows and mac, including snapshots, magnification selection, etc.
Any comments from af support?
Thanks.

Hi - sorry for the confusion. I've attached a DMG of the Mac microscope software.
No driver installation necessary. Simply download and open the DMG file, and drag the MicroCapture app to your Applications folder.
