Does any one know if PanaVise still gives free Speed Control Handles to Adafruit Customers?

I have been watching old Ask an Engineers recently. On the last one I watched they talked about how PanaVise was giving Adafruit customers there free Speed Control Handle for the PanaVise Jr.

I just bought a PanaVise last week from Adafruit, so it would be great to get one. I do understand that offer started on October 14, 2011. I probably can't hold them to something from over a year ago. I might try calling this week.

So far I really like my PanaVise Jr. The one thing that could be improved is the handle, so it would be great to get one.

I would guess its well passed "Limited time" now

But, It would be supernice if Adafruit sells these, I have the Jr head on an Panavise 300 base, and are kinda bummed by the handle on the head, it takes forever to adjust..
Same, It would be nice if Adafruit also sold the Neoprene Pads for the Jr head, partnumber 204 I think..

Yeah, just got off the phone with PanaVise. It sounded like if the voucher slip was in the box they would have maybe still done it, But obviously I am not going to lie to them. She was super nice on the phone about it, and said the offer ended in April.
It's a $3.49 item listed here on their site.

Panavise does not ship outside USA or Canada, so I'm out of luck on that one.
