Hello!
I recently ordered, among other things, an HDMI to VGA adaptor from adafruit. Unfortunately, it appears to be DOA. Can I get technical support? (Was told to post on forums!)
Thanks!

How are you trying to hook it up? If you're using it with a Raspberry Pi, there are some known signal issues that sometimes require a bit of tweaking to make everything work.

I do intend to use it for my Pi, but I've tried it with a number of other devices (like a media player*) and still can't get it to work.

Just for the sake of completeness, have you tried it with your RasPi? If it doesn't work there, contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and we'll get you a replacement.

Yeah, I did try it with the Pi -- still no luck. Sending you an email! Thanks!
