Hi,
I got my scope yesterday and got the drivers installed (v2.5) and everything was working fine. Today I went to look at something and it was fine for a few minutes, but when I went to switch the preview resolution the sensor stopped being recognized (I had swapped resolutions the previous night without issue). I re-installed the drivers and the software package restarted the plug and play services etc. The scope is finally being recognized as a sensor in the program now, but all I can see is a gray block. The image capture still functions as well as the LED ring, but no actual image is being shown, so I think the camera itself is dead. Thoughts?
Edit: I should mention I'm using windows 8.1
