I just got my kit containing the rusian tube clock (hope it is the correct name ), quite exciting, going throug the instructions for assembling, I noticed half way through one of the photos instructing "soldering the 10K Resistor in R5", which is next to R1 and R2, but when I looked at the board in subsequent photos, R5 disappears, and indeed the previous photos before the R5 instruction do not have a R5 location, please advise.

Hello, my brother got a MinyBoost most likely the older version and unfortunately did not read the instructions and added a 9V battery, is there a way to repair the kit, or is it history
