The Previous episodes in the page Adafruit's Ask an Engineer(http://www.adafruit.com/chat/) is not updated as quick as often. Maybe you would like to change it to the link to the list of previous episodes instead to an embedded video.
In the page Ask an Engineer(http://www.adafruit.com/chat/), it says: Every Saturday night at 10pm ET. When I first time saw "ET", I don't know what it means. Maybe you could put something like "UTC/GMT -4 hours" in the page to be more clear.
