USB Microscope 5.0 Megapixel / 220x

Greetings,
We recently purchased several of the subject microscopes. One device, which is about 5 weeks old, is giving us problems. When the USB is plugged-in, the LED's light-up, the computer recognizes the device, but the is no picture on the monitor. We suspect there is something going on with the microscope, but need some advice. Is there a warranty?
