SD Card "Guaranteed" to Work with Data Logger Shield NOT Wor
The SD card that I purchased from Adafruit that is guaranteed to work... is not working with the Data Logger Shield. May I have some assistance please? Thank you :)

Have you successfully used other cards with this shield before? Run the "cardinfo" example sketch from the SD library and post the results from the serial monitor here.

I tried two other SD cards before the one I obtained from Adafruit, neither of them worked. I got the same results seen here:

The card was inserted correctly and I changed the chipSelect pin to match the Adafruit Data Logger Shield. Pin 10, right?

Sounds like a shield problem then. Post some clear photos of the front and back of the shield and we'll see if we can spot any problems.I tried two other SD cards before the one I obtained from Adafruit, neither of them worked.

You don't have enough solder on those header pins. The SPI pins that drive the SD card appear to have no solder at all.
Re-work the board with some more solder. The solder joint cross section should look like the diagram below.
