I am writing to you because it seems that the item 8531.80.9025 "high brightness aqua el wire" that I received with my order
(invoice no 187184) is defective.
In fact, the lighting is not uniform. I read on the previous post on the forum that someone had the same problem and the picture published looks like my EL wire.
Could you replace it ?

Was this a pre-terminated length of EL wire, or did you solder the connections yourself?

My husband is an electronics engineer and he has followed the instructions shown on your website to solder the connections.

This problem happens when one corona wire is not making good contact. Both corona wires need to be connected to completely illuminate the wire. All the samples we have had returned to us were repairable with careful soldering.
