Volt panel meter LED segment not lighting

My panel volt meter - PID 575 - is not functioning properly. The top most LED segment of each of the 3 numerals does not light up (using a 6v power source with black wire connected to ground).

Definitely a problem. Contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread for a replacement.
