8x8 Bi Color Matrix Not Working no Response

I have puchased a your 8x8 LED Bi-Color Matrix last week. I have spent over a day trying to get it to work but no reponse. I have noticed that I have soldered my LED Grid 180 Degree turn around. I am Talking about the printed numbers are not on the same side of as the White Circle area. IT IS NOT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CIRCUIT BOARD COVER THE IC.

Could this be the cause of my problem or is there something else I can Look at? I also Noticed if I turn all the lights out and look and this thing in the dard I can see Half of the grid is faintly light up green and the other half is just blank.

Please help. This is killing me.

Yes. If the display is not oriented the right way on the board, it will not work. With some solder wick or a solder sucker and some patience, you should be able to de-solder the array and turn it around.

Seems by you instruction warning, several people may have problems and need to replace
parts to fix their issues.

I have the 8x8 Bi Color Matrix and it works ok (responds like it supposed to). However I don't think the website accurately represents the colors. The Red is pretty accurate, the Green is a little pale (I could almost sell it as yellow), and the yellow is actually orange. I have a project where I have to translate my 3 statuses - Red/Yellow/Green - into patterns on the matrix and everyone keeps asking me what status Orange is. I hope I haven't done something wrong in implementing this Matrix.

I really want to roll out about 3 more of these projects, but I can't do it if the colors aren't right.
