I am having trouble getting my 16x 2 RGB character LCD working. I have soldered the headers on to the pcb and have followed the adafruit tutorial on wiring the LCD. I can see the light and control the contrast of the screen but see no characters.
I believe i have done every thing correctly but when i run the Arduino IDE Hello World sketch i do not see any characters printed to the LCD.
Here is my wiring:
I believe my soldering to be okay, here is a photo of it:

And what are you connecting it to? Can you post a larger photo of your wiring?

I can post a larger photo of the wiring this evening. It is connected to an Arduino UNO R3 with attached MakerShield. The wiring is per the instructions from the Adafruit tutorial.
