HDMI/VGA/NTSC/PAL Display - 10.1" Diagonal

The - HDMI/VGA/NTSC/PAL Display - 10.1" Diagonal - worked very good for 2 days, and went black.No menu,Noting-just Black.
(i'm using the power supply that came with it- 9V).

The - NTSC/PAL (Television) TFT Display - 3.5" Diagonal - Never worked at all (displays a grey "out of sync" lines, it shows "av1" or av2" if i change the cable input ).power supply 12V.

Tried them both on various video inputs, No luck.
The enviroment they are in is air-conditioned and dust proof.
Really need them to work.

WRT the 10.1" display, does the power light still come on when you plug it in? If not, try connecting another power supply to verify that indeed the display is dead.

WRT the 3.5" display, that sounds like a signal problem. If you can get "AV1" and "AV2" indications, the parts that control the screen are probably working correctly. Post a photo of your connections and we'll make sure everything looks right there.

WRT 10.1" display: power light is on when connected to power, even the backlight is on , the screen is black.

WRT the 3.5": i'll upload a picture, although it is pretty strait-forward (power and video input, and i metered the voltage 12V)
