Defective NeoPixel Spool

Hey Folks.

I purchased 6 spools (4m each) of NeoPixel LEDs. One of the spools is buggy.

Out of the 6 spools of strips I purchased, this is the only one with issues.

Looking for a replacement from adafruit.
