EL wire advice.

Hello adafruit forums,
I just purchased 2 EL wire starter packs (yellow). I read the instructions about not powering them up and such before having at least 1 ft of EL wire and such. I followed those instructions. Both inverters work to power one of the EL wires but one of the wires doesn't light up with either inverter.
What should I do? Do you need any more information from me?

Probably a bad connection on one of the wires. Contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and we can get a replacement out to you.
