I don't think that will work. The battery has two 5V 1A outputs, but you can't simply combine them to get the 2A you need for the matrix

inside is a massive 10,000mAh lithium ion battery, a charging circuit (you charge it via the USB cable attached), and two boost converters that provide 5VDC, 1A and 2A each via a USB A port. (The markings indicate one is good for 1A and one is good for 2A but we tested it and found that both could provide 2A pretty easily) The 2A output is best for charging tablets or other really power-hungry devices.

The components you linked should work together. Although I am not sure that you need the "Male DC Power adapter - 2.1mm plug to screw terminal block".
The battery pack is capable of delivering 2A, so it should drive the panel with no problem,.

is there a detailed tutorial on how to set up and program the backpack? i know i have to purchase this adaptor but if i purchase the adaptor can i just plug it into the backpack or i have to solder cables and stuff like the adaptor tutorial explains? thank you

You can use the adapter - or solder the cable directly to reduce bulk.can you please elaborate why don't i need the male adaptor please.
