Cutting LED Strips - Best Tool/Technique?

Newbie on the LED strips and was wondering if there is a tutorial somewhere to show the propertools/techniques needed for cutting these strips.

I have used both wire cutters and utility shears with success. Some strips have specific labeled cut-line. For others, just cut between the pairs of copper solder-pads.

OK, I have the standard wire cutters. It sounds like these will work based on your experience

You will have a hard time getting a clean cut on with that style of wire cutter. This type would work better:

I just trimmed a couple NeoPixel strips using the cutter Bill posted. Worked like a charm.
