HI
I recently purchased one of the PITFT screens (add on screen for the raspberry PI)
I was using a ribbon cable to connect it to the Raspberry PI and I mistakenly reversed the connector (all the odd number pins got connected to the the even numbers, and the even numbers connected to the odd)
There seamed to be a slight 'overheating' smell coming from the screen and now it will not display an image.
is there someone at the Adafruit team that wouldn't mind directing me to which part/s was cooked and what I should use to replace it?

Re: PiTFT Revesed Connectors
There's not much to replace. There's really no way for us to know exactly what the problem is. I could guess that it's the STMPE610, but I might be wrong. You really should consider replacing the entire thing.
