Hello,
Background: I am interested in using this for an automotive application - the screen would be powered from a power bus that is protected by a "charge guard" that shuts power off after a given amount of time. Once the ignition is on or cycled on the relay is switched, and power is again applied to the bus.
My question is: Will this monitor cycle on automatically if the power is switched on without the use of the power button?
Thanks!

The one on my workbench respects the state of the power button across power cycles:
- If you turn it on with the power button and disconnect power, it will come back on when you reconnect power.
- If you turn it off with the power button and disconnect power, it will stay off when you reconnect power.
- If you turn it on with the power button and disconnect power, it will come back on when you reconnect power.
