I am 99.999% sure it is the screen and not the assembly as i did both at once and one works great the other... not so much just kind of a white blob.
I metered all solder points for the GPIO connector and they all pass well and are good and clean, no flux or anything that looks as though it would cause a short. the PI boards are fine i swap the malfunctioning screen on to a working rig to test and got the same result. Order: 543230-9580382040 was the relevant info to check the order. I find it odd one works great and other does not given identical installation and configuration.
