Birghtness for 1460 &1461

Post by donkjr »

Can you tell me the brightness for ID: 1460 and 1461, I could not find it in the specs?

I am looking at using alot of these for a very large display.

Disappointed in this non engineering oriented answer!

Do you have a spec sheet or number on what the LED chip is?
Can you tell me that relative brightness of the 1460/1461 vs 683 is?

I found the info below when searching "adafruit 1460 neopixel mcd spec" but can't locate the actual content on your site.
I am considering buying 1000's of these for a 70ft high display and wont be able to if I don't have light specs.

So if I read this right the 1000 MCD was wrong?
The brightest that any color would get is 200? Seems low.
Is the led run at 3V or 5V?
