4.3" TFT + RA8875 Driver Board

Hey Adafruit Team,

I have a few questions and clarification i will like to address:

1) Will the 4.3" TFT + RA8875 Driver Board work well with a raspberry pi or odroid-w?
2) Can the resistive touchscreen overlay be removed and will the pinout be the same?
3) Is it compatible with RetroPie and will the the games work well on it?
