I want to use one of the LED pushbutton switches (https://www.adafruit.com/products/559) as an on/off for a project I am working on. I had a question about how to best wire it so that it functions the way I want it to.
I'd like it to be lit up when the power is connected. When fully depressed, the power should flow through to the rest of the installation. After looking at the tech sheet I am wondering if this is the correct way. I'm a novice at this, looking to learn. Thanks!

Re: LED Pushbutton question about wiring
If you want an on/off switch this is the one you want https://www.adafruit.com/products/482 The one you linked to is a momentary switch and is activated only when pushed.
