Heya,
We are trying to use the OLED Breakout Board - 16-bit Color 1.27" w/microSD holder running the Adafruit GFX library with an RFDuino, and are having trouble with library compatibility.
We previously used the RFDuino to drive the Adafruit Sharp memory display breakout and the Adafruit GFX library, using 3-wire SPI, with minimal porting and adjustment required. I noticed that the OLED Breakout Board - 16-bit Color 1.27" w/microSD holder may support 3-wire SPI, since it has a "SPI - Close for 3-pin SPI" solder jumper on the back. But this functionality is not referenced in any documentation.
Can you offer any support or guidance? Should we try 3-wire? Thanks.
Cheers,
Adam

Sorry, I don't have any info on that, either. It doesn't hurt to try - that's what I'd do.

3 wire SPI is supported by the chip, we have no tutorial/code/examples. It's likely harder to use than 4-Wire. You may want to talk to RFduino on how to port libraries - they make it sound as if it's Arduino compatible
