Battery pack won't take a charge

Post by western »

Hi I am an instructor and the battery pack we ordered for use with a raspberry pi won't take a complete charge. We have charge from several computers and tried different cables. There are four leds to indicate charge. One will light and one will flash. What should we try next.

First up, make sure its plugged into a computer at the motherboard, not to a hub. It will take a full 24 hour day (at least!) to charge at the standard 500mA rate. If you're still unable to recharge, email support@adafruit to get a replacement or refund :)
