License Requirements

I am planning on incorporating an MP3 player into a Commercial product for my company using the STA013 chip and your driver for it. The device will provide background music in the Waiting room, plus several automated voice announcements. To avoid and confusion, what exactly is the requirements to satisfy the banned license that you have provided the code under. We are not planning on releasing any source code for it. The device itself has little more than a few LEDs and a 7-segment display for visual output, and we may or may not have written documentation accompanying the device.
