Voltage required by Pi

Post by davidh »

Hi,

I inserted the SD, plugged in the power and read TP1 and TP2 and got a reading of 4.84V. I didn't have anything else connected to it. Should it be higher than that?

Cheers
David

Will Adafruit's 5V 1A (1000mA) USB port power supply - UL Listed provide enough voltage?

Cheers

hi david!

****This adapter is great for use with an Arduino, Raspberry Pi, teensy, NETduino, etc.! Also good with our Lithium-polymer battery chargers, so you can just carry a USB cable. ***
