Using Adafruit 16-Ch PWM/Servo Driver with ESC?

Am I going to be able to control rc esc's such as this one with my raspberry pi and adafruit addon?
They seem to be using pwm but their frequency is different.

Yes. You can control the frequency as well as the pulse-width.
