Raspberry PI Starter Pack back in stock?

My wife wants to get me the Raspberry PI Starter Pack for X-mas (with very gentle prodding on my part), but she's worried that it won't be delivered in time if it's currently out of stock. Is there a date we can plan for, so if it's still on back order, we can make alternate arrangements?

I got an email saying the kit is back in stock. But the system does not reflect this. I assume the system will soon be updated.
Can I order this kit for a friend in Spain? Can you ship to Spain?
