Does Adafruit have a battery pack that can run with the Raspberry Pi, I need everything to be untethered for mobile use.

You can use anything with a 5V USB output. A portable phone charger would work. The choice depends a lot on how much current you will be drawing and how much run-time you want. The adafruit unit is pricey because it stores a lot of juice
