The Starter Pack - does the OS include Scratch?

My first project with a Raspberry Pi would be to run the Scratch projects I've created over the past few years. Does the adafruit Starter Kit include an OS that runs Scratch? I'd like to buy a pre-loaded SD card that would suit my purpose. Thanks in advance for any advice, and, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Yes, Raspbian (we carry this pre-loaded) AND Occidenalis both include Scratch. however, we dont know how to integrate scratch with buttons, LEDs, etc
