Prototyping Pi Plate
I finished soldering my new Pi Plate kit and right at the end the soldering iron touched the 2x 13 pin header for the Pi GPIO and closed up 3 holes. Is it possible to replace the header please or is another kit required?

Can't quite picture what you're describing. Cant you post a photo? It might be an easy problem to fix.

sounds like a solder sucker or wick can be used to clear out the holes. alternately you can try pressing the header in place while heating up those holes, and it might pop through but thats a little tough

Oh, man. Yeah, been there, done that.
It should be possible to open up the holes using an X-Acto knife or with a drill bit in a pin vise (NOT an electric drill!) Might look a little gnarly, but as long as the metal's making good contact you should be fine.

Have now used a vice pin with .8mm drill bit which seemed to work OK.Be interesting to see if it works. However down the line a bit!!! See attached photo.
