Finally got all my ducks in a row (after destroying my first Prototype Pi Place when trying to remove GPIO connector to replace it with the extended one). Anyway, I'm having lots of fun here and should have my 16 port PWM breakout board and a couple of servos to play with. I'll probably try to put together a rail kit for my XE-1 to do time lapse photography.

How are you measuring the CPU temperature? And what mini weather station?

Well, I am using the Raspberry Pi Mod B and I had to install Raspbian Wheezy to get the hardware monitors to function properly (using "/opt/vc/bin/vcgencmd measure_temp"). To upgrade to Raspbian from standard Wheezy (soft float), check out the Raspbian web site FAQ http://www.raspbian.org/RaspbianFAQ

Ah, I guess that's not clear from the photo:
Included on the adjacent mini breadboards are the following items:
1) DH22 Temperature and Humidity Sensor
2) BMP085 Barometric Pressure/Temperature Sensor
3) Also, non-weather related, is a DS1307 Real Time Clock Breakout board.
I've programmed the buttons on the LCD Pi Place to display various sensor output from items 1 and 2 above.

Hmm. For some reason, I was under the impression that the CPU didn't have an internal temperature sensor . . . or so I read, on the RaspberryPi.org forum. It wouldn't be the first time I read something on that forum that was nothing but hot air...
How about the GPU temp? (Yes, I know, it's in the same package.)
Anyway, nice build. Do you plan on making this a more permanent set up, or just sticking to breadboards?
