Post by idem »

Hi all,

We got a problem with our raspberry Pi.
It was closed in a opened case, and shutdown sudenly.
I try to unplug and plug again, and now, the power led doesn't work.
My raspberry seems to be break.

What can we do?
Can you please send me an other one, I'll send you this one ASAP ?

We was working on a project for babycare.

HELP US PLEASE :)

Where did you purchase the Raspberry Pi. You did not answer that question from my original response.

And we are not the only supplier for acrylic enclosures for the Raspberry Pi.

So you are powering this from USB from your computer? And what else is connected to the Raspberry Pi (keyboard, mouse, display etc)?

With nothing connected it should not be overheating. Contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and we can get a replacement for you.

I noticed that you RPI starter kit is out of stock. But it seems that all of the parts are available minus the power adapter. Is is possible to by the kit without it?

Unfortunately, our production, inventory, and accounting systems don't allow us to do this kind of thing. Sorry. :(

Could I then, perhaps, get the item lists of the resistors and other pieces listed in the pack so I could buy them a la cart? Some are listed and some are not on the sight. Thanks!
