WebIDE, files not being pushed into BitBucket

I started using the AdaFruit WebIDE a few weeks ago and my first file was correctly saved to BitBucket. I have since created several other files which are all accessible on the Pi. When I used my PC to log into BitBucket only the first file is there. It appears that my files are being saved locally but not pushed back to BitBucket. Anyone else seen this problem or know how I can get my Pi files to be saved and updated in the repository via the WebIDE?

I was trying to figure this one out this weekend. Somehow I see one directory that was pushed right after I installed the webIDE, but nothing since then.

I am logging into bitbucket via facebook if that matters...
