MicroSD question

I'm set to push the button and pick up a Pi but i have a question on the SD card.

There is this unit for $7.95

And then this pre loaded unit for $15

The pre-loaded card is mentioned as ---- These microSDHC cards use the new speed “class" rating of Class 4 that guarantee a minimum Data transfer rate of 4MB/sec. We may ship a Sandisk or Kingston card, both are high quality and come with the same speed class rating.

So are these both class 4 cards ? If not maybe I should look locally .... Thanks for your help. I don't really need to pay to have it preloaded
