LCD 16x2 RPI Hook Up NO POWER??

I bought this 16x2 LCD board for my Raspberry Pi. I finished soldering it and I hooked it up and there is no power. HELP ME!!!

You have too much solder on those joints and it looks like quite a few have bridged together. This will cause short circuits between these pins. You board will not function properly and you could even damage your Raspberry Pi. Do not plug this board in until you can eliminate all the solder bridges!

You can remove the excess solder using solder-wick: http://www.adafruit.com/products/149
Or a solder sucker: http://www.adafruit.com/products/148

When you are done, each pin should be separately visible with no solder between them:

Thanks! I got it hooked up and the power stays on. Unfortunately, I can't get it to power now. Can you help me?
