The device name is different from the ones that usually show up on my Mac, but it sounds like there's something amiss in the cable.
Send a note to [email protected] with a link to this thread for replacement of:
- 1 miniature USB wifi dongle
- 1 serial console cable

The new WiFi dongle is working time, thanks.
I'm having the same problem with the new console cable as I had with the old one, though. The screen comes up but nothing appears. I've tried the screen command with both Mac OS X and Linux - same result.
Some gibberish came up on one of my many attempts through... are we sure about the 115200 baud rate?
Could I send the two cables back to you for testing? I have another way to do what I'm doing, so this is mainly an interesting debugging exercise.
