802.11N wifi USB dongle dead

Hi folks,

i just got my order today in the mail. My pi cannot find the 802.11N adapter (Adafruit p/n: 814). I also booted the occidentals 0.2 distro to see if it would find it, nothing. I plugged it into a Macbook Pro and used the USB dev too to see if it was there, and it is not showing up. Nothing.

How can I get this replaced?
